Will you go to the moon and be back for a dear friend? Have you ever imagined what the people from other planets look like? Well, Doraemon: Nobita's Little Star Wars might provide a visual display of all your imaginations. The Japanese animated film is a parody of the original Star Wars trilogy. Yes, you read it right! The story primarily revolves around Doraemon, Nobita, Shizuka, Suneo, Gian, and Papi, the alien from Pirika. Papi the alien is a tiny ruler of a distant planet who has come to Earth to escape the dictator Gilmore's lethal military forces. Quite a plot, isn’t it? Well, this is just the beginning! Doraemon and Nobita, being the saviors of the poor alien, decide to shrink themselves to his size so he would be comfortable in their company (friends forever? Haha!)

But hey, what’s a story without some bad news, right? Soon after, PCIA (military agency) successfully captures Shizuka the Small Light and prevents the guys from returning to their normal size (quite upsetting!). The dictator leaves a message that the two will be returned if Papi is handed over. Watching all of this, Papa decides to tackle the situation himself and surrenders to the agency (*tears*). The dog, Shizuka, and his friends travel to the planet in the same spaceship, and Genbu, the army chief, informs them that Papi has been sentenced to death. Can you imagine? Well, his friends had the same thoughts as you!

Well, they were found hiding in a secret base by one of Doraemon’s gadgets at Shizuka’s home. After hearing this heartbreaking news, Doraemon, Nobita, and Gian head to the planet with Rokoroko, while Shizuka and Suneo stay there to combat the PCIA space force. But the poor guys are captured by Gilmore’s cameras (talk about sci-fi!). And this, my friends, is the moment when something unexpected happens! (Brace yourself). Shizuka and Suneo are shot down, but just as they are drowning in the ocean, they realize that the effect of that small light has expired (YAYYY!). On the other hand, at PCIA headquarters, Dorakoruru is informed that some giant earthlings have been spotted. Reuniting, the fellas triumph over PCIA forces and swear to the divine power. The sight is a must-watch! And I bet you are just smiling, aren’t you?

As you might expect, the gang destroys every attacker, and Gilmore surrenders while the citizens rally fearlessly behind him. Nobita and the group bid their farewell to the ever so helpful and welcoming residents of Pirika and made a pink promise (haha!) that they would surely visit their new friends soon. Doraemon

Doraemon is the co-hero of the movie. The cat is wan skinned with ears and has a 4-dimensional pocket with tools from a future world. Quite unique, Right? Being a humanoid robot he is quite unfortunate and requires basic needs like a normal human. The poor cat sleeps in Nobita’s closet but is smart, friendly, and ever so charming. But the big guy fears small mice (LOL). His favorite food is Dorayaki and is keenly interested to date a normal female cat.

Nobita

Nobita wears Specs, a yellow shirt, blue/black shirt, and light blue shoes, picture thy perfect guy! He likes shooting and is displayed as the potential husband and hero of Shizuka. Nobita is daring, and resilient and fought with the enemies in full swing. He has been presented as a friend who is there when all goes wrong!  But spilling the beans here will not do justice, you must watch the movie to find out more about the craze after him. Hurry up!

Shizuka

Smart, witty, sparky, and all pink! Yes, that is how you can describe our girl.  With a severe OCD of bathing every now and then, Shizuka is surely the girl a guy could dream of. She encourages him to do better and does not give up even though Nobita does not change himself much. This sweetie loves sweet potatoes and the violin. However, hearing her is a challenge you would not like to take. She is an animal lover and has two pets at home: a dog and a canary who is seen running away on multiple occasions. Both, she and Nobita roam around the city just to catch the two!
