All For One
Being a villain in the story and the evilest one, All For One doesn’t have handsome looks or face. Continue if you can! He has no face. Usually, he wears a mask but when he takes it off then you can’t look at him for long as he has no skin, no nose, no mouth, and no eyes as well.
All For One doesn’t have a soft corner for anyone and is more selfish than you can think. He never even sympathizes with his own brother and believes that one can only become powerful when others are feared. With his genius evil plans and strength, he controlled the world but after All Might vanquished him and so All For One vowed revenge. With his quirk to steal anyone’s quirk, he always comes out stronger than ever. Moreover, his quirks like Air Canon, Warping, Impact Recoil, Regeneration, and others he has made every person scared to the bone.
Moonfish
We cannot move on before considering Moonfish in our list. He is one of the creepiest villains in the MHA anime. When you have a look at him then you’d definitely think what would he look like if takes off his black straitjacket and the bodysuit. We can only see his mouth and when he opens it wide then the opponents in front of him find it impossible to flee away.
His quirk is known as the “Blade Tooth”. Basically, his teeth turn into long strings that become blades and can be stretched infinitely. This is why it is easier for Moonfish to hunt the enemies though they are far from him. Due to his abilities and quirks, Moonfish got the title of "The Death Row Inmate". Do you know what can make you hate him more? Moonfish eats human flesh! Yes, he defeats his enemies and devours them in the end.
U.S.J. Nomu
It is quite obvious that U.S.J. Nomu is not a real human but synthetically created by experimentation and DNA injections. He is truly hideous as he has no skull over his brain. Nomu has brain exposed and eyes popping out from it, pointed bird-like mouth with long and blade-sharp teeth, skull knee pads, and huge blackish body. Nomu can definitely be a nightmare for all.
Well, we cannot tell much about what goes inside him because Nomu can neither speak nor think. He is a simple controllable robotic killing machine. Nomu obviously has no original quirk but has certain powers like Shock Absorption and Regeneration. With these powers, immense strength, and speed, Nomu gives tough time to all the heroes.
Toya Todoroki
It’s better that we call this young lad by the name “Dabi”! By looking at him no one can claim that he is that powerful or a beast lives in him. Dabi is slim and seems fragile by appearance, however, he is merciless. While killing his enemies, he enjoys their pain and screams and doesn’t even budge for a while. We can feel that he fearlessly fights, it’s because he has no regard for his life and is ready to end it while wiping off his enemies.
Dabi even seems spooky or bewitched because of his purplish dark circles and stitches on the face and body. On the other hand, his quirk “Cremation” entails manipulation of the element of fire. They are strong enough that turn blue in color.
