The manner in which she rules the high school is ruthless and only the ones she likes stay. In the very initial days, Satsuki is challenged and vanquished by the Elite Four. Now, you must be thinking who are the Elite Four, they are the arms and legs of Satsuki and she rules through them. The four are the ones whom she likes and bestows them with her powerful Goku Suits.
