STORY OF IDOLISH 7 EXPLAINED

The plot of Idolish 7 begins with a happy-go-lucky yet dedicated girl Tsumugi Takanashi. She is the daughter of a man who owns an agency that promotes raw talent and idols. After her studies, her father asks her to work for the agency in order to receive experience. In the first few days, Tsumugi Takanashi’s father recognizes that his daughter may be a little clumsy and overenergetic but she has talent. This is the reason why she gets to be the manager of a rising group of idols. There are seven stars who have been chosen for the group. However, Tsumugi has the task to evaluate and keep only 4 of them. At first, there is no limit to Tsumugi’s happiness and this news overjoys her.

Days pass and Tsumugi realizes that being a manager of a group isn’t facile as there are millions of responsibilities. When the time comes to minus three from the group of Iori Izumi, Yamato Nikaido, Mitsuki Izumi, Tamaki Yotsuba, Sogo Osaka, Nagi Rokuya, and Riku Nanase Tsumagi finds it impossible. Every boy has his own talents and capabilities. They all complement each other in a very different yet perfect way. That is the moment when Tsumugi stands and decides not to let go of anyone and manage them alone. She names the group IDOLISH 7 and life never remains the same as before! The news of not being removed has lifted the spirits of the boys but they must work together as a team and shouldn’t let Tsumugi down in any way.
