Having no choice left, Denji chooses to be a Devil Hunter. Of course, helping humans get rid of their biggest enemies Devils has the highest pay. Devils are basically born thanks to all the fear humans have in their hearts. The more feared humans are, the mightier Devils become. However, there is always a way to live together in peace even if it is survival with the enemies. So, humans and Devils also live in symbiotic contracts. The Devil Hunters do not kill them and in return use the power of Devils during fights. There are numerous catastrophes that have been a result of Devil forces trying to take over Earth.

In all this, our Denji got caught. He was about to succumb to death when a Devil Pochita sighted him. Being a Chainsaw Devil, Pochita dived into his heart and saw what he dreamt. Both then form a human-hybrid contract. It then hits Denji that he should opt for working as a Devil Hunter. As Pochita is a powerful Devil, Denji soon became prominent. As the government officials observed him, Denji was offered a rank in the Public Safety Division. This sector and its actions are governed by Makima. Accepting this offer, Denji gets to team up with Power who is the Blood Fiend, and the hot-tempered Aki Hayakawa. There is one thing that our hero is tasked with along with his partners, he must end Gun Devil. If Denji isn’t able to do this then the whole world would face the consequences. The whole division works rigorously and polishes their skills. However, Power and Denji get to be with the best sensei, no one other than Kishibe. But unfortunately, the fight begins way too early.

Several members of the Public Safety Division are killed by the Katana Man. He is an ally of Gun Devil and of course, wishes to wipe out all Devil Hunters who are obstructing him. This is only the beginning and the real action is yet to come.

Denji

Denji is the titular character as he is the Chainsaw Man. Nonetheless, he doesn’t really react like a hero and protagonist. Quanxi is Chinese and more threatening than you can even imagine. She has her own team which acts on her orders and is pretty amazing. People usually compare Quanxi with Kishibe. It is hard to save yourself from her arrows because Quanxi is a Devil who has mercy on anyone. Probably due to having one, Quanxi is always along with her fighters. They protect her and make sure no enemy of Quanxi breathes even for another minute.
