WHAT’S THE STORY OF TIGER & BUNNY?

The story of Tiger & Bunny 2 entails superheroes and superpowers like never before. The year of 1948 sights great combats between heroes and villains and something of more importance. In the city of Stern Bild City, superheroes are sponsored by various brands and are given points according to the way they serve. Hence, the one who gets more points stays as a hero for the city and world while others are forgotten by all.

The heroes who are given the limelight in the story are Kotetsu T. Kaburagi a.k.a. Wild Tiger and Barnaby Brooks. Every superhero has powers called NEXT (Noted Entities with eXtraordinary Talents) while interestingly, Kotetsu and Barnaby have similar powers. Both have been assigned together as a team which is intriguing for the viewers but problematic for both as their mindsets do not meet at any point. Throughout the first season, they both keep on struggling to form coordination while fighting crimes.

The second season of Tiger & Bunny 2 begins with the time when Kotetsu and Barnaby is the coolest couple in the Stern Bild City. However, Kotetsu finds out that he would soon lose his powers as he is aging. Ashamed of revealing this truth, Kotatsu doesn’t reveal it and just retires without even saying a word. This leads to a stripped relationship between him and Barnaby. Nonetheless, the threat of attacks from the mighty villains Fugan and Mugan is like a sword that would slit the throats of all. Would Kotatsu come back and fight or the city be taken over by the evil? Watch to know!

His experiences have taught him many things but not ostentation and selfishness. Kotetsu does nothing for himself and believes in the well-being of his nation. For this, he is often seen quarreling with Barnaby. It’s definitely tough to understand what he has been through in all these years but his power Hundred Power (the one which Barnaby possesses) is a winner in the anime.

Dragon Kid
